I am a perfectionist who enjoys the simple things in life. I am open-minded and I do not judge anyone. Trendy fashions and keeping up with the Jones' is not my style. My dream is to one day own about 5-10 acres of land with a few farm animals, chickens,pigs,etc. Even though Don says if we have farm animals they would be eaten :(. I also love gardening, I live in a duplex and there really isn't any point to do a garden at a rental property.
I love hanging out with my family, having fun with my kids is priceless and I love every minute of it. Whether it be going to the park and goofing around,playing games or watching a scary movie. We always try to get out and do things as much as we can. We go to the driving range ( we don't golf, we just like hitting golf balls), visit State Parks, picnic,swim, fish, go to fairs and festivals, museums and whatever else we may be in the mood for.
I am sarcastic at times and can be a little too honest, some people can't handle it. However, I am a caring and patient individual and I would go out of my way to help someone in need. I can be quite cheerful and silly but I also have times where I am not one to piss off.
A little about the title of my journal. Over time I am given my ODD numerous nicknames, but the one that has stuck is Ladybug. My YDD is named guppy because that's what ODD named her, so that nickname is sticking. My DH (Don) is the pondkeeper and I am Frog. I have had the nckname frog for about 17 years, I really don't remember where it came from. DH is pondkeeper because he is a great provider and he takes care of things, hence "pondkeeper".
My journal is full of random thoughts and events that happen throughout my life as a stay at home mother/unemployed. I try to comment on friends post as much as I can but times can get busy. I also write articles for Associated Content so the links get posted on my journal page.
